Delete Your Account

To delete your account, open the app, tap your profile icon in the top left corner, and select Delete Account. This will permanently remove your account and all associated data.

Privacy Policy

EuroScout ("we", "us", "our") is a Euroleague basketball fantasy analytics app. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

1. Data We Collect

• Account information: email address and password (hashed) when you register.
• Usage data: number of AI chat messages sent per month, to enforce plan limits.
• Push notification token: device push token to send you injury alerts and round reminders. This is optional and can be revoked at any time in your device settings.
• Device identifiers: a randomly-generated device ID stored locally on your device to manage push token deduplication.

2. Data We Do Not Collect

• We do not collect your name, phone number, or location.
• We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising.
• We do not track you across other apps or websites.

3. How We Use Your Data

• To authenticate your account and maintain your session.
• To enforce free/pro message limits on the AI chat feature.
• To deliver push notifications you have opted into.

4. Third-Party Services

• OpenAI: AI chat messages are processed by OpenAI's API. Your messages are not stored by us beyond the scope of the request. See OpenAI's Privacy Policy.
• Expo / FCM / APNs: Push notifications are delivered via Expo's notification service, which uses Apple APNs for iOS. No personal data is shared beyond the device token.

5. Data Retention

Your account and usage data are stored for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time directly in the app by tapping your profile icon and selecting Delete Account.

6. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at omer6849@gmail.com.

7. Children

EuroScout is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
